Review summary
The food on the Zaandam had a history of being top-notched. This has dropped of a bit. On the fourth day of the cruise I heard a screech from the bathroom. My wife and a roach had a face to face meeting (not good). Because we were on deck one (dolphin deck) we kept hearing knocking noises from the utility area down below. Very disturbing!Embarkation

Cadyllac, we just got our room assignment today, and I was not happy to find out it is on the Dolphin deck. I don't understand how this is in any way shape or form an equivalent or better room than what I had requested on the lower Promenade. Anyway what was your room number? I'm trying to figure out how inconvenience I really am going to be.
