Review summary

Old ship with a lot of problems that were fixed very slow. Guest service poor response. Cabin stewards, food, restaurant service, entertainment were between good and excellent.

First day no days 2-5 poor A/C for 5 days, problem with balcony door (deafening whistle sound when strong wind because the door wasn't sealed properly).
