Review summary

Overall, a very nice and relaxing cruise. Probably would not do another back to back as that is a waste of time which could be better spent at an island port rather than a commercial port like Miami.

Embarkation

5 out of 5
Reasonable time frame and very courteous staff

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

4 out of 5
Need improvement on adding different selections to your menus especialy in Grand dining room....many repeat entrees with little imagination

Onboard Activities

4 out of 5
Trivia contest each afternoon; cruise director Leslie Jon was excellent and very down to earth.

Entertainment

3 out of 5
Two comedians were excellent; additional shows of dance and song were average

Children's Programs

no children

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
Service in all venues was professional and courteous; was especially pleased with our cabin attendants headed by Zimik.

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
Overall design is beautiful and functional; however, one venue that should be restructured is the Wave Cafe where people are milling around the food counters as other passengers are trying to pass through to get to another food venue. This was an everyday occurence. We found the ship to be exceptionally clean in all areas. Auditorium is too small for the amount of passengers on the ship; thus evening programs are sometimes SRO.

Cabin / Stateroom

4 out of 5
Cabin was clean and comfortable but was disappointed at the diminutive size of the bathroom.

Ship tip

For those passengers interested in attending the evening programs in the Vista Lounge, get there early as the auditorium is too small for the size of the ship.

Disembarkation

The usual time frame required to accomodate 1200 passengers; also additional Custom Agents would have been a big help. Only 2 on duty so line was extremely slow.
