Royal Caribbean is a good cruise line, this ship had poor service, food and entertainment. We will sail with Royal Caribbean again, just not this ship.

This was the rockiest ship, one woman even fell over as the ship rocked and had to be rushed medical because her nose was bloody. I overheard people saying that the stabilizers were broken and were supposed to be fixed before we set sail. The rocking motion of the ship By far put a ruin on the experience. The last 2 nights afyer leaving Cozumel were the worst.

Very good shows, the waist staff provided very good service in the dining restaurant. We were pleased to have a very active and energetic Cruise Director and Captain.

Was a great little ship. Royal Caribbean does a very good job and I would highly recommend this cruise. There crew and passengers were all very friendly. This was it's maiden voyage from Galveston so there were a few hiccups, but nothing major. All in all, a great cruise.

I enjoyed this cruise from Galveston Texas. The staff onboard Vision of the Seas was friendly, helpful, and went the extra mile. It was my first Royal Caribbean but not my last one. This short trip was just enough to relax, unwind, and detox from work! I highly recommend it.

From a cold New Jersey day to the warm A B C islands and Mexico is quite a difference. The two weeks passed quickly. Would do it again and skip Progresso.

Cruise Director Steve and Captain were excellent. Food layout in Windjammer buffet was awkward. Main part of buffet on each side of ship had 2 sides. Some of the food was found on both sides and some was only on one side. To see everything offered, you had to go down the lines on both sides. Also there was no grill for burger and hot dogs. They were prepared and offered already cooked in warming pans. Pizza was not worth the calories. Fruit pies had more cake-like substance in them than fruit. Dining room portions were very appropriate. Bread was outstanding.

Repositioning cruise was very enjoyable. Cruise director Steve and captain were excellent. Both interacted well with passengers. Windjammer buffet setup was awkward as the main part hard 2 sides. Some items were on both sides but others were not. To see everything offered we had to tour both sides and the other food areas before picking up anything for breakfast and lunch. Fruit pies had very little fruit and were mostly filled with a cake-like substance. Dining room food and service were very good. Portions in dining room were just right. Bread was so good.

Great Itinerary on a smaller sized Vision of the Seas ship. Excellent service from both dining and cabin staff. No waiting in lines. Food good and served hot.

Overall we enjoyed this cruise and would recommend the cruise to others, The ship is not a large mega ship but is very easy to get around and did not seem overly crowded. We were pleased to see some excellent fall colors. Other than issues with the MY TIME DINING procedures, we found the cruise to be very good and enjoyed the number of ports we visited. The ship had an older clientele, and when in port there are few onboard activities. The food was very good in both the main dining room and the buffet. We did not go to any of the "Specialty Restaurants" but did speak with several individuals who did and advised they enjoyed the food and the more personal service. The dining room waiters and service personnel, all try to promote the specialty restaurants, during the cruise.

Overall good experience. Please verify that air conditioner of cabins are working as it is supposed to. Excellent waiters and room cleaning person. *****

We have cruised three times with Royal Caribbean and have always been pleased until this cruise. It wasn't terrible, but it wasn't as nice as we expected it to be.

The service on the ship was top notch. Clean ship. However, would have enjoyed this cruise more if there were more excursions (many were booked up first day) for active people and had the food in free dining areas been better. We are in our fifties, and we were one of the youngest people on board, so it seems excursions and activities are geared towards a less active, quiet crowd. The 3 premium restaurants are good, especially Chops and Giovanni's. Internet service offered by the ship (for a fee) isn't too fast. Cell service was good at all the ports.

Great cruise! Wish I could have known when the fall leaves were turning color, but that's not the fault of the cruise. The staff is among the very best I've ever seen on a cruise ship!!! Very good food, terrific entertainment!!

Probably one of the worst cruises we have ever taken. The ship was so dated. Food was the worst! The Diamond Lounge had no imagination, they served the same food night after night after night.

Would like Royal Carribbean put our bill in an envelope. They put a stupid advertisement in a sealed envelope but put our bill out in plain view for the very one to see.

All the ports are very interesting. I really liked and learned a lot of new history facts. The only disappointment was Stockholm, too short the stay at port for the lot of nice museums they have. And tours offered were expensive and does not includes the best spots of the city.

The ship is always very clean as is the case with the stateroom. Staff always extremely friendly and helpful. The ship orchestra is excellent as are the ship's dancer, singers and performers. The Russian dancers show was excellent. The magician and juggler shows were just boring.

Not so well. The destination were not so well. We had been disapointed that the Cruise ship stoppt too far outside. Other european cruiseships had been downtown. The Last day not not well Organizer.

The cruise was terrific. One of my favorites so far (I have been on 6). The ports were all wonderful (except for Helsinki, could have skipped that one).
