Review summary

Great cruise! Wish I could have known when the fall leaves were turning color, but that's not the fault of the cruise. The staff is among the very best I've ever seen on a cruise ship!!! Very good food, terrific entertainment!!

Excellent cruise, mostly because of the perfectly groomed and trained staff! Very receptive to your every need! Food started out aboveboard, but then got a little boring in the main dining room. However, what they served was of excellent quality! Most of the ports of call were fun and informative, but several of the towns in Nova Scotia and in Maine could have been left off the books. The main ports and towns were worth the stops. Our one huge disappointment, which couldn't be helped by the cruise, was that there were no fall-colored leaves at all! Sad for us as photographers from Hawaii, but we still enjoyed the rest of everything there was to offer. Kudos to the staff - especially the waiters in the main dining room such as Nelsidy Vaz and Milan. What a terrific team!

Outstanding service from Nelsidy Vaz and Milan!! They remembered that I needed to eat gluten free meals in the main dining room - and even when I couldn't find gluten free food in the buffet, they would have special meals created for me. I was stunned by their service!! Everyone was outstanding, always smiling and friendly, and always helpful!!

Thanks for acknowledging not the ships fault, nor your fault. Leaves change color when Mother Nature tells them to change. Weather, rain, temps, etc all impact. So unless you book last minute when you KNOW they are changing colors - it's a roll of the dice.
