Review summary

Overall this was a very nice cruise. Ship is in need of an overhaul and plumbing issues need to be resolved. We made many new friends enjoyed our excursions and even though we didn’t have the best cabin experience this will not deter us from traveling and cruising.

Several common restrooms were unavailable do to ongoing plumbing issue

Cabin steward did an awesome job. Size was comfortable for a 16 night cruise. Too bad they couldn’t correct the toilet. We had to call the plumber multiple times per day because the toilet would not flush. I even requested a meeting with several officers to explain why one thing that seems simple could not be rectified correctly. They blamed many issues even telling us we weren’t flushing the toilet correctly. Considering this is my 7 cruise with RCI and never had an issue in the past I thought this was a little inconsiderate on their part, considering others were also expert similar issues and several common restrooms were closed due to issues.
