The cruise was very nice, excellent ship, great crew! The ports were ordinary and far from any beaches, etc.

Viking arranged our pickup from the airport, and it was confusing, poorly coordinated, and our luggage was loaded on the wrong bus 3 times. Waited over an hour just to get on the bus. Then the driver got lost in the ship terminal.

The ship's main dining rooms, special restaurants and breakfast buffets were outstanding. All the servers and hosts knew our names after the first day. Excellent service!

The room stewards kept the cabin clean and picked up. Very comfortable.
Disembarking from the ship itself was good, organized and fast. However, the bus driver dropped all of us off at the first terminal at the airport. We had to walk at least a mile to get to our American terminal. Many of us are over 65 and several wheel chairs, canes, etc. Everybody had to walk or be wheeled.
