Review summary

This was the last of my 3 b2b cruises and first viking. I overall like the look of the ship but not layout (pool was like a sauna then you go to winter garden which was super cold). For the money spent I did better on the other 2 cruises. The excursion while we'll organized with gather people were not up to a 6 star cruise line. The food while great variety was cold which was a big surprise as a got there as soon as buffet open. This is first and last viking cruise

Quick and easy on ship within 5 minutes. Had room key and tracer along with shore excursion tickets.

Food overall had a good variety. I mostly ate in world Cafe but food was cold by the 4 day I had to hut for hot food or have it made to order. The Italian restaurant food was okay the chicken parm was rubbery. Room service was good the first 2 time then was luke warm. The pool grill the steak sandwich very good, the wings don't get.

Staff overall very good. Only complain was shore excursion director blew off my complaint about an excursion for 2 days and just left message that did not solve problem

Overall the pv3 cabin was very large balcony was overtaken by the big table. The sofa had claw marks on one arm. The refrigerator is not cold just storage for drinks. Loved the toiletries.

Ship tip

You could find a better cruise cheaper with same level of service and more interesting excursions.

Worst experience. You have to be out of room by 7 am. Beware earliest breakfast is 630 and you carry ons will not fit in world cafe as table too close together. We ran out of room. We should have been cleared by 730 but it was late.
