Review summary

This cruise will be hard to top. There is so much history to see and take in. It’s amazing how buildings have survived over all these years. Hats off to the archeologists for all their work in brining these sites to life for us !

Ship Quality

We loved the small size of the ship. It was so easy to get around. Our stateroom was Aft in the corner and we loved the location and the view from the balcony. The ship is old but we never noticed that. All the elevators were in working order. Our stateroom was always spotless.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
We loved our cabin it was spotless our cabin steward Dio who was awesome. More than enough space to store all your belongings. They let you borrow an umbrella and towels to bring on excursions but need to be brought back. We had an aft corner and our niece and nephew were next to us so we had them open the balaconies we had a huge view. Highly recommend the aft cabins.

Ship tip

The ship is not for kids there is not a lot for them to do. There is only one pool and the adults only area has 4 hot tubs and no shade.

Ports of call

Corfu, Greece

4 out of 5
We went to the beach although it was nice it was not the white sandy beach you think about in Greece. The water is still amazing you can see to the bottom no matter how deep you get

Santorini, Greece

4 out of 5
We loved Santorini but our tour guide was not very nice he was rude to several guests but we just overlooked this. There really isn’t a lot of free time for shopping so make the best of it when you can.

Kotor, Montenegro

We spent 2 days before we got in the boat. We did skip the lines for the coliseum and the Vatican. It was worth it

Venice, Italy

5 out of 5
We overnighted in Venice at the hotel bonevecchi so we did not set up any excisions but you don’t need to. Wish we had more days to explore. We did take a gondola ride !

Nothing can compare to going to the acropolis Parthenon temple of Zeus and the original olympics statium.

Disembarkation

We were overnighting in Venice so we were the last to disembark but we just spent time getting a good cup of coffee in the explorations cafe. The girl every morning was so friendly and cheerful everyday ! And then went and got breakfast in the lido while we watched everyone getting off the boat. It was so easy ! No herding like on other cruise lines
