Overall was decent. Aside from toilet clogging issues nothing bad, but nothing amazing. Would debate trying another ship. Alcohol package was a must and the besf part of it

We chose this cruise because we had never been on the Symphony. It is a great ship with a great crew.

Great cruise, great ship, main dining was a horrible experience because of the wait times, two out of three ports were nice and overall had a blast!

This was my 1st cruise ever and the experience exceeded my expectations. I won't be able to go on any other cruises unless they are Royal Caribbean in the Oasis class/big ship. I really enjoyed the Christmas decorations, the nightly entertainment, food, activities and especially the staff. They were all extremely kind and accommodating.

the Symphony of the seas is my favorite ship. seems to have the things we like hope they don't take johnny rockets off this one and el loco and other restaurants are great. pizza is pretty good

The ship is outstanding. The specialty dining was disappointing due to availability, which made the cost not worth it. Could not get Mimsoa's with breakfast.

For me personally, this ship wasn’t a good fit. It is probably best for families and those who require a lot of activities (water slides, zip lines, etc). Next time I cross the Atlantic, I’ll take a ship more focused on the experience of crossing the ocean than activities you can do ashore.

The ship was georgeous & beautifull, the tripulation was wery gentle and helpfull.

Weather couldn't have been better. Did have a a few days of large swells but didn't affect the boat at all. The captain had to avoid an area of disturbance, but was no big deal. From start to finish it was a wonderful trip. Would do it all over again!

Liked ship alot. We prefer more port visits but very relaxing for sure. Smooth sailing on this transatlantic and like large ship for this

Cruise went well form start to finish. Everything you could ask for.

Staff was wonderful. My only complaint is that the shows don't change often enough on the ship. We went in symphony 2 years ago and it had all the same shows in production. None had changed.

We had so much fun and saw so many things! We are already planning our next adventure!

The Symphony of the Seas is an absolutely gorgeous ship and has many wonderful amenities! We loved every day! The food is fantastic and we definitely ate too much! Thank goodness for the almost half mile track that we took many laps on! The decor is fun and colorful and we loved the piano stairs leading to the Windjammer! This ship definitely has something for everyone! You won’t be disappointed!

This was my 53rd birthday trip and it didn't disappoint. I loved every thing. It was perfect.

Group of 10 crusied, all had a wonderful time. Total experience was delightful .

Overall this cruise gets a 6/10. Embarkation was confusing, questions were rarely answered, we didn't know how to get our sea passes, the wrong names appeared on our room tv welcoming us aboard, and our steward wished us a happy anniversary as we disemarbarked and it was 2 days earlier. The entertainment was phenomenal and the food service staff were excellent.
