Overall this cruise gets a 6/10. Embarkation was confusing, questions were rarely answered, we didn't know how to get our sea passes, the wrong names appeared on our room tv welcoming us aboard, and our steward wished us a happy anniversary as we disemarbarked and it was 2 days earlier. The entertainment was phenomenal and the food service staff were excellent.
Embarkation
2 out of 5
Staff could not give directions and there was confusion with them thinking we were just off the ship for the day instead of embarking the ship for the first time. There was a lot of confusion with this multi-board cruise. Embark at this port, disembark this port.

Entertainment
5 out of 5
All of the shows were phenomenal. Hairspray, iSkate 2.0, AquaNation, Hiro.
Service and Staff
3 out of 5
The Cafe Promenade, Sorrento Pizza, and most of the staff in the main dining room, Solarium Bistro, and Windjammer were excellent.
Ship Quality
4 out of 5
The layout was nice. However, I do not like that I had to pass through the very smoky and stinky Royal Casino to get to the theaters. Areas were mostly cleaned. I notice soiled carpet in many areas including our stateroom.
Cabin / Stateroom

For an inside cabin, it was comfortable enough for two. It was mainly clean but the carpet could stand a steam cleaning or replacement.
Ship tip
Know that this ship stops at two ports for disembarkment and embarkment so people you are cruising with may not be on the same day of the cruise as you. Guest services lines stay busy and long. Staff rarely know how to direct you or answer questions. Only a handful of stores to shop and they are mostly jewelry stores. The premium restaurants on the 8th deck are superb.
Rome is very busy but worth visiting. We had an excursion to the Colosseum which was a skip-the-line where we were able to fully enjoy the inside of the architecture. Coupled this with a hop on-hop off bus tour of the city and an authentic pizzeria meal.
This port was amazing and the views are spectacular. Naples is beautiful and the people are very sweet. You get magnificent views of the Mediterranean Sea. We had an excellent excursion which included authentic handmade pizza, salad, wine, and an amazing dessert and then later gelato and visit to a limoncello factory. The tour guide was amazing, personable, and very entertaining. I would recommend this excursion or just touring Naples. Lots of local shopping.
Did a cruise excursion. The ship was a half-hour late docking in port so our excursion was cut not allowing us enough time to self-tour. This was disappointing.
I did not care for the tour with the IonoBus. The bus only stopped at three locations and we were only allowed to get off at two. The distance between locations was long so it appeared we stayed on the bus longer than we walked and toured. This was the port we docked at the longest but I felt that without a formal excursion, you don't get the full benefit of the time. Not much to do in the city center. We were given incorrect directions by the tour driver once we finished the bus tour trying to find souvenir shops.
