Review summary
This was not the customer service I normally receive on RC cruises. I needed change rooms because on my balcony was too noisy. Guest services didn’t know how to switch rooms correctly and kept giving me keys that didn’t work x3. I got so frustrated I finally said I’m not wasting anymore of my time on the cruise and called but they still didn’t listen to me so I had to get a manager involved. I paid for high speed zoom wifi which was a total waste of money because it kept kicking me off so I couldn’t get my work done. Called to complain about that and no response one ever called me back. I took a walking tour that was so horrible I left because the guide went an hour over the time and they refused to give me my money back. I will never take or book an excursion with royal Caribbean again. It must be said this cruise was still 100 times better than going on the red, white, and blue boats.Embarkation
