Review summary

Loved the Cruise and ALWAYS Love Royal Caribbean. Now a Negative remark - This is NOT Royal Caribbean Fault, However I have never experienced so many RUDE people on any cruise I have taken. I don't know if it is a culture thing with so many people from so many wonderful countries. So if you are reading this and you ever cruise again please note the following: **There is enough Food for you, you do not need to cut-line in front of everyone.** **Proper etiquette for entering and exiting the elevators - When entering an elevator, PLEASE wait until the people exiting the elevator have cleared before you try to rush in the elevator. (You cannot not put 10 pounds of potatoes in a 5 pound bag). "This is a Metaphor" **Everyone on the cruise is special....not just you, so be patient and Kind to each other, let someone else go first! You might just feel good about that.**

Service and Staff

4 out of 5
Main Dining Room Service (SITI & FREDDY) 5 Star Diamond Lounge 5 Star Windjammer - 3 Star - Windjammer is not designed for maximum crowd. At peek eating times you could not find seating and the staff were not helpful in finding an open table for you. They used to do that. Windjammer staff, as I observed them, were slow/lazy to clear tables and lack enthusiasm. I observed 1 staff member working with a purpose and that was (Freddy). Maybe because he was an older worker and took his job serious. Cabin Steward - 4 Star (Leif) Accommodated us when we asked for something. Entertainers - 5 Star

We said the same thing on our week on Symphony! We were on the week of September 7th. We go every year in September (Oasis class) and by far the rudest people with exact issues, especially getting on elevators! It's a shame too, by night 4 we were so frustrated with everyone (not Royal). (A side note, RCCL should look at Carnival Horizon's elevator setup. We were on that ship in May and it was fantastic. You go to a touch screen, select the floor on the outside of the elevators and tell it your destination, it then directs you to which elevator number to take. No buttons in the elevator so you go directly to your floor!! No one jamming on and breathing down your neck....and it was quick.) 😉
