Enjoyed sailing with Royal Caribbean once again. I believe they are top notch. The staff are friendly, the only trouble we had this time was very rude passengers. It was all about them, and they were very rude many a times. Other than that, we love royal Caribbean. You should be very proud of your staff.

Ashley was our housekeeper. Our rooms were always beautiful and clean whenever we came back. Christopher deck four main dining room, he was our cocktail and bar server. He was top-notch.

Arrive early, be on time for your reservations, as they are always on time for the shows. It’s important to get a great seat which we always do it.
Seven colors lagoon tubing. It was wonderful, our guides were excellent. I only wish it was a little bit longer. The lunch was fabulous. Our tour guide was Sophia. She was a joy to be around. Very informative. Victor was our driver, he kept all of our baggage secure on the tour bus as we had fun. Carlos was also our tour guide he was very nice. Along with Jack sparrow who met us in the lagoon and kept us safe.
Swim with the dolphins, my husband and I really enjoyed this. As this is been on our bucket list for a while. The guys were wonderful and caring and help me to swim with the dolphins. The manatees were also beautiful. Lunch was awesome. Beautiful port!
Our excursion was canceled due to the weather. The lunch buffet was awesome. So much to choose from and everything was tasty. The place was beautiful but we did not get to enjoy it as much as we wanted to. A family took my husbands beach chair and they very verbal to me, and the husband was bullying me. I was so upset that we had to leave. The wife was also yelling at me, I told her I saw her take my husbands chair but she did not care. It was very disrespectful, and they did not care. The husband kept telling me he was making the ship a lot of money, that’s all he kept telling me. It ruined our day at Coco Cay 😢
