Review summary
Symphony is a beautiful ship. The show were fantastic, friendly staff and an excellent service getting onto the ship at Barcelona 10 minutes and we were onboard. Plenty of places to choose food. We were on deck 12 and I did feel the sway if the ship, maybe next time I would choose a lower deck. The only downside to this wonderful trip was the service received at Barcelona terminal at the end of the cruise. Absolute chaos my luggage did not not appear off the ship on the carousel allocated and when I approached the staff for help I was told to just fill in a lost luggage form. This then went on a pile with quite a few others at 9.30am!!! After 45 minutes searching I had to leave to leave to get prebooked rccl transfers to the airport. No one with signs to help find the coach we were sent to 1 which was full then to another then only left at 10am got to the airport at 10.30 for a 12.20 Flight. Still waiting for a response from rccl and would in future keep my luggage with me and take it off myself.Embarkation
