All in all enjoyed cruise as ship was main destination, would sail with princess again

Terrible, was allocated green lane as completed checkin on app, got to desk my name showed up as error and my partner non existing. Moved to other desk same issue, IT department called over, same issue, moved to blue lane queue, same error IT called over again, same issue, moved to another queue same issue, checkin had to manually add all our details again, was very stressful beginning to think we would be turned away and someone else in our room. Took over 1hr to board with the issues.

Food always piping hot service in md slow at times. Buffet restaurant I was left standing waiting on a couple of occasions for staff to serve, they were busy talking amongst themselves! Alfredo pizza very good though 1 chef making the pizzas and restaurant was busy, poor guy must have been and looked very stressed.

Keep an eye on your on-board account we were charged for drinks on 2nd last and lastnight for drinks that were part of our beverage package, 2 trips to customer services to have charges removed, no appologies or reason given.
Just had a walk around not very much to see. Tender transfer was a bit chaotic due to ship only having 1 berth allocated to them, eventually sorted by port authorities.
Took train to Rome its about an hour very reasonable cost less than £10 return. Did hopon bus bit disappointed as thought would get to see all the sights, bus takes you too nearest stop and collosium etc are average 15min walk from stops.
Beware of the taxi touts they will try con you saying cable cars out of order. Alcohol is very cheap, perfumes aftershave and such not cheaper than UK also do research on UK prices a watch I was looking at cost £120 less in uk.

We were also on this cruise really enjoyed it we got off at Barcelona had to pay €5 euros each for the shuttle bus only one desk to purchase tickets long queue. Re sold the tickets to another couple for 5 euros win win for both of us.
