We really enjoyed Princess. Only complaint was entertainment

Overall, Princess was the best choice for the cruise. The ship visited more ports than any other major cruise company. To see the most of Norway, Princess is the best option.

Overall, it was a nice cruise, and we enjoyed the ship and the service, and the itinerary was interesting and well paced. We noticed that many of the Princess staff are long time employees of Princess, and they seem engaged with the guests and the brand. Since this was our first experience with the Princess brand, I felt a consistent lack of communication in almost every area from cabin service (had to ask for breakfast room service order cards), embarkaton (confusion about where and when to report to muster stations), and disembarkation process. While the medallion is loved by many guests for many reasons (ease of ordering, unlocks your cabin as you approach), it was a little creepy knowing that all of my movements and orders were trackable on the ship by any staff at any time. Being welcomed by name upon arrival to the dining room is nice, but creepy when I have never introduced myself.

great cruise. Please offer hosted Bridge games. Also steps into the swimming pools are necessary for those who are handicapped and to use swimming pool

I usually book Celebrity but solo pricing on them has become ridiculous with solo paying more than two passengers combined. Princess is good when pricing is reasonable. I tend to choose itinerary, age of ship and cost. But overall a good cruise.

Great cruise we would do this same itinerary again we enjoyed the ports of call and the ship.

Unless the price is very low, I will not cruise with Princess again.

Over-all this was one of the best cruises we have taken. Great service, friendly staff and a great Cruise Director and Staff.

would not sail on Princess again, their venues were always packed. Three main dining rooms, one of which was booked for private parties all week, the other two were very hard to get reservations in, finally complained with guest services and was assisted by a nice gentleman, he made a call and we had a reserved table for every night, I don't understand with three dining rooms why it was such a hard time to get a table.

If you are young (less than 40) or with family with kids, the cruise is NOT for you. Nice and quiet for older couples with enough activities to enjoy the whole week. Very little oriental food in buffet, main dinning or specialty restaurants. Very friendly and courtesy staff and clean ship.

Great cruise. Sky Princess is a gorgeous new ship with excellent food, gracious staff and marvelous entertainment.

This was a lovely break in mid January. Beautiful weather and scenery. I hated to see it end!

Very relaxing cruise. We enjoyed the two stops that we got off the ship.

All in all disappointed in the cruise. Beautiful ship, but probably much larger than what we would like in the future. The small balcony was a real turnoff as was the small, small bathroom. Probably the biggest dissapointment was the quality of the food which was very poor- filet that was really pot roast, grissly prime rib, rubbery omlets, breakfast menu that does not change except for two daily specials (pancakes every day but no french toast or waffles; same fruit compote daily). We, not chose the ship based upon the sailing dates. We suspected going in that the itinerary would prove boring and it did for the most part. But aside frome its beaty, the ship and cruise left us uninspired and questioning whether all Princess ships have dropped a few notches in dining and ports of call and whether we will cruise with Princess again. (The fact that 3 out of 4 of us got extremely sick on the cruise probably plays a part in our review).

From the day we arrived in Ft. Lauderdale it rained the whole trip. The balcony cabin had a completely obstructed view due to the life boats and becuase the cruise was totally sold out we were not able to upgrade. The entertainment the first night of the cruise was subpar and appeared to be middle school performance grade. The food at the Crown Grill was delicious but the buffet was not that great. Although the ship come with food there were multiple restaurants, I believe four of them, that you had to pay extra to eat at. This seems to be the growing trend on Princess. The ports of call were dirty. Belize and Roatan were full of trash every where you looked. Since it was storming the ocean was not calm and it was cold so we did not get to go snorkling even though we brought all our gear. Mexico's ports were cleaner but then you get accosted with people wanting to sell you things so you really can not relax. Once again it rained there too. Overall I have no desire to visit the western carribean again and will be looking at traveling with other cruise lines in the future. Not the best trip.

Overall good time with my cruise party but will not book again with Princess. We are avid cruisers and have had much better experiences with other lines.

This is a big boat. I was concerned about being sea sick but had no issues at all. The staff is very attentive and are willing to go the extra mile when asked. We had breakfast in our room twice which was fun to do. I simply do not have anything bad to say about our experience. Plus, using the phone app onboard really did make navigation a breeze.

It was a beautiful ship and we splurge on the suite in order to have a good experience. Embarkation was a disaster and it was a bad start. Definitely not special for suite class. Drink runner could take a while to get your drink and just not enough staffs. hard to find one to have a drink. Buffet area can use some work, very confusing direction. All specialty like gelato, hot dog, etc., there is always a line. it made the time not well spent for a snack. the premium package lunch is not well advertise and it took the server a while to understand and they didn't offer it when they gave you the menus. Not a good thing for premium package, I know I will not buy it AGAIN, not worth it. and very limited option for lunch on port day. why? some like to stay on the boat. And the air condition, it is just not cool sometime.
