Traveled As: Couple

Room Type: Balcony

Pre Cruise Excursions were poor- Guides English poor itineraries inflexible i.e Tokyo towers in the fog asked to move on -no we were scheduled for 2 hours-

Poor communication from Regent on several issues- Never informed that wi-fi not available in Japanese waters-

Not informed when in Hong Kong that could not get money from bank with copy of Passport- lucky for some they had ATM.

Last day going to China lack of wi-fi Could not check in for flight-

Taken to airport in am - Japan Airline Desk closed- no boarding pass till 2:10- 3 1/2 hours in terminal- no lounge.

Trip other wise pretty good- good entertainment
