While the embarkation process itself was issue free, the set of flights arranged by Regent (part of their offer) was terrible. For flying from JFK to RIO they cobbled up 4 flight segments requiring three plane changes and taking about 30 hours!

While set of food and drinks was very good, they never changed the menu even once in any of their specialty restaurants. One would be better of sticking with the main restaurant the Compass Rose.
