This was our second cruise. I watch a TON of YouTube videos before going and live them. This is a great cruise ship for people 50 and over who like a more laid back atmosphere. Balcony cabin is nice but not needed as this ship has lots of ways to see out or be outside.

Most of the kids activities were closed The cinema didn’t have many choices The alcohol drinks were water down and overpriced

We enjoy our cruise to Alaska and we will definitely book another cruise to Alaska.

The itinerary of this cruise was excellent . So much to see up on deck or from many in door windows . The temperature was cold but not bitter cold . The crew were a JOY and made everyone feel welcome back to cruising

It was a great cruise but not your typical "cruise" experience because of COVID. Very low key. Not as many people out and about, not sure if it was the type of cruise and destination. Buffet was only open for breakfast/lunch. The food didn't seem to really change much and was just sort of Blah. The staff and crew were wonderful, very appreciative of everyone returning to cruising. There were very few people that attended any of the Karoke or Trivia nights. No dancing except in the nightclub and very few people there (less than 15). The plus was that nothing was ever crowded. The Solarium had chairs available. Only 4 allowed on the elevators at once. The only time there was a lot of people in one place was the nightly show. Overall a nice cruise, just low key.

Was OK, food quality needs to improve, Windjammer was very poor!

Overall nice cruise they were sailing at reduced capacity do to covid which made it more enjoyable not as many people. Staff was very helpful and happy to be working. I liked the safety precautions they are taking now.

Beware of land sickness when embark the ship at the end and always review your bill

Serenade is a great ship - just the right size to get into different ports - the crew was fantastic even with the virus scare - food specialty meals were great - main dining room good except the lobster night - they couldn't handle the volume of people - over all one of the best cruises i have been on

Had a terrific time. The staff works hard to make sure everyone is happy and if you have any concerns, they address them immediately. The ship is well maintained and up-to-date. Food was wonderful. A large variety for everyone. The shows were terrific and plenty of entertainment and activities throughout the entire time. A special shout out to Richy, Ting, Ting, Darmesh and Ricco who worked so hard to make our vacation so enjoyable!

Sadly our 1st several days it rained, no sun until St Kitts. No one could give us show times before we boarded (weeks before) which made it difficult to schedule Main DR dinner times. Some days, 1/2 portion entree's would have been enough.

I really loved this cruise. Did back to back on this ship as did over 100 other passenger. A favorite ship and itinerary for many people. I would take this next year but ship going elsewhere

We traveled with 4 other family members and we all had a very enjoyable time. We relaxed and met many wonderful new friends from all parts of the U.S. and other parts of the world. We have been on larger cruise ships and smaller ships, but we felt that the Serenade was just the right size of a cruise ship for us. We look forward to sailing the Sernade of the Seas in the future.

It was a very nice cruise. We really enjoyed the ship, our dining experience was excellent. We had a reservation for 5:15 PM every night at table 605. Annabel and Michael where are servers. They were excellent. Our room steward was Eliane. She was excellent as well.The food was great, the entertainment was wonderful. Overall it was a wonderful experience.

Weather bad until Colon. And unfortunately, the second night we had a passenger suffer a medical emergency resulting in a lost port. It can’t be helped so you make the best of it.

Overall we love Royal Caribbean and the Radiance class ships. A little smaller and tends to draw the older crowd which means peace and quiet. Don’t get me wrong, the ship does have a ton of fun but the overall atmosphere is more my liking.

Love cruising, some disappointments, but overall a very nice cruise.

This was a New Year's cruise, the ship was decorated and the party was great bringing in 2020 the new year. Please keep in mind that this is not a very large ship, perfect for those who want everything just on a smaller scale.

We enjoyed seeing the ancient Mayan ruins a great deal more than the islands we saw on this trip, But Royal Caribbean was amazing. This will be a very hard trip to will be very hard to top next Christmas.
