Review summary

We traveled with 4 other family members and we all had a very enjoyable time. We relaxed and met many wonderful new friends from all parts of the U.S. and other parts of the world. We have been on larger cruise ships and smaller ships, but we felt that the Serenade was just the right size of a cruise ship for us. We look forward to sailing the Sernade of the Seas in the future.

Our room steward, Jose was excellent!! Our waiters in My Time Dining were fantastic!!! All the staff in the Windjammer were awesome!!! Customer Service assistance Fabulous!!!
