This was a Christmas cruise so lots of families were on board and it was terrific. The holiday spirit was all around the ship and passengers. The ship was decorated well for the holidays. The weather was horrible for the Caribbean but the ship was comfortable despite the rainy and cold weather. The ship's dining experience was good and the service all over was well done. I'd do this again but would pray for better weather.

This cruise was exactly what we were looking for - just some time to get away. The ship was clean and the staff was excellent.

This is a great ship. Nice size, easy to get around, the centrum is really pretty and there is always something going on there, with people watching from all the balconies. There's a fun vibe.

A nice break. We picked excursions that are kid friendly as we had a 12 yo and a 2 yo, and they all worked out. The only bummer was finding out the excursion we were truly looking forward to at Cozumel, going to Chichen Itzu was canceled. We had the letter in our cabin once we were boarded. Booked another excursion to San Gervacio and that was canceled due to fire as well, so we ended up going to Chakanaab. First port wast hectic with the excursion cancellations but overall, the trip went well.

Ship was in need of an overhaul but the crew was very good. Ports were not my favorites, but we made due.

Good Ship with great staff. Just need more stuff to do at night. Not enought entertainment

Nothing about it made me anxious to cruise again. It was relaxing to shut off from the phone and computer and I found quiet places to read away from the crowds, which was nice.

We haven’t cruised on Royal Caribbean in way too many years as we are Platinum cruisers on another line. The Serenade of the Seas ship, service and food were all phenomenal. We enjoyed the beach at all 4 ports. We will be cruising on her again ASAP.

I love to cruise, but will never sail with Royal Caribbean again.

no formal dining and captains photos ( no big deal) no parade of kitchen and staff on lobster night. did not seem to be as much effort as in the past

The overall experience on the ship was wonderful. The port of calls however were disappointing. Nonetheless we are planning another cruise with Royal Caribbean because our family was very happy with the onboard experience and sometimes that get away is more than enough.

This was a wonderful cruise for us. It was relaxing as well as interesting, and all our excursions were worthwhile. It was a re-schedule of our March 2020 cruise, so we wanted that specific itinerary and we're glad we got it.

This cruise was for my honeymoon. We are 24 & 27 years old. We did a lot of drinking and enjoying the solarium deck. The few shows we attended were fun. I wish they were more dining options included. There were options for extra money, but I feel like there should be more free dinner options than just formal dining & buffet. I feel like the entertainment was geared more towards an older crowd but overall we were pleased with our experience and the staff.

My cruise was excellent! Loved it!! From staff to crew, from activities to my room aboard...I love everything..

I can only stress how amazing the staff onboard was. Other than that, I don't think Royal Caribbean is on our list to cruise again.

This was my first Royal Carribean Cruise. The embark/disembarkation process was very smooth! The room service was exceptional. The shows were very entertaining as well. Even though the drinks were inconsistent, the food was tasty, and the ship amenities were pretty nice. An overall enjoyable cruise and nice ship.

Overall, this was a pleasant experience with Royal Caribbean. We have cruised with Carnival and Norwegian and would definitely say each has its perks. If you are looking for a good, shorter cruise, this is a great one!
