Review summary

We haven’t cruised on Royal Caribbean in way too many years as we are Platinum cruisers on another line. The Serenade of the Seas ship, service and food were all phenomenal. We enjoyed the beach at all 4 ports. We will be cruising on her again ASAP.

Unbelievably easy. We are platinum on another Cruise line and have never had such a smooth embarkation.

Entertainment

Stage shows and comedian were great. The “house” band was amazing. We loved the Jazz, R&B and Funk concert.

Service and Staff

Our room steward Erik was a magician! Our room was always perfect. Dhaneshwar and Atif were an amazing team in the dining room. It always felt like we had their undivided attention even though we (obviously) were not their only table. I cannot speak highly enough of these three men.
