A nice break. We picked excursions that are kid friendly as we had a 12 yo and a 2 yo, and they all worked out. The only bummer was finding out the excursion we were truly looking forward to at Cozumel, going to Chichen Itzu was canceled. We had the letter in our cabin once we were boarded. Booked another excursion to San Gervacio and that was canceled due to fire as well, so we ended up going to Chakanaab. First port wast hectic with the excursion cancellations but overall, the trip went well.
Embarkation
5 out of 5
We were running in last minute due to traffic and everyone at the port were very accommodating, informative, relaxed, and helpful.
Ship experiences
Food and Dining
5 out of 5
Did not even get to utilize the main dining room during this trip, windjammer was so accessible and food were pretty good except for one day I think day 2 or 3 that there were not much meat options, on day 7 however, it was wayy too many meat options. We also got to try Chop's Grill for free compliments of and that was excellent from food, staff, and service-we had such a wonderful experience at Chop's.
Onboard Activities
3 out of 5
We did ping pong, golf, some music and fitness programs, art guessing opportunities, shopping, and didn't really make a big push to do everything offered. Just perfect for our family.
Entertainment

Adventure Ocean was very enjoyable for my 12 year old and he looks forward to the events they had daily.
Service and Staff

They are informative, accommodating, and helpful at all times. They are fun, calm, friendly, depends on the need.
Ship Quality

The ship was clean at most times, just wish they do more between tables at Windjammer since it is a very busy area and all they do is wipe down the table but not thoroughly.
Cabin / Stateroom

Bed was very comfortable even the sofa bed for my son was not bad.
Ok but a little confusing to navigate. We did however enjoy going to Chakanaab because they had so many options offered such as the beach, stroll through a trail, free food, sea lion show, and more. Price is a bit steep for gift items.
A fairly small port but has great gifting trinkets for cheap. We did Gumbalimba and that was a neat little adventure on Roatan's rainforest resort with opportunities to interact and take pictures with the Macao's, Iguanas, and Capuchin monkeys.
We tendered with a bigger boat than the typical tender so that was great. We did a city highlights tour that was very informative and fun. A little surprise was stopping at the rum factory and getting to see the oldest church in central America.
A beautiful port, my favorite out of our four stops. The shopping was reasonably priced and there are so many options even if you just stay in port. We did a highlight tour with a beach break. We had free 2 drinks per person, free chips and salsa, a tequila process information and tasting-which came as a surprise, and enjoyed the water at Blue Kay where you can see the Mahahual light house and the cruise ship from afar while swinging on a hammock in the water!
