Very smooth and quick. We chose 1130 embarkation time. Little waiting. We were in a Junior Suite so they let us board in the Suite line.

No complaints. Chops was our favorite place to eat at lunch. Ate there twice. Main dining room table for two. We requested faster service so we ate in a little over an hour. Lobster was great!

Jamie, the Cruise Director was great. Enthusiastic, fun and entertaining. Christmas carols, Veteran Memorial were special. The main band in the Centrum was the best with a wonderful variety of music. We listened almost every night.

Outstanding staff and service. Kennedy, our assistant waiter stood out- so friendly and helpful. Amanda, our cabin attendant kept our cooler colder by placing ice buckets in it every day plus one for our wine. She was so helpful. Liked my husband’s Santa beard.

Ship tip
Watch out for My time dining impact. We had a table for 2 for 5:30 dinner. Once they started seating My time dining people, our service dropped dramatically until we complained. We wanted to be out of the dining room before 7. We were after expressing our concerns.
The best excursion was cooking the three course meal at Playa Mia. Chef and staff were entertaining and helpful. Drinks were served throughout and food was great. Well worth the money.
