Review summary

I can only stress how amazing the staff onboard was. Other than that, I don't think Royal Caribbean is on our list to cruise again.

Embarkation

Due to fog embarkation was delayed eight hours. We followed the instructions to return 8 hours after our original check in time but so did everyone else. It was a cluster mess. Royal Caribbean had no one directing. We stood in line for 3-1/2 hours with no communication, bathrooms, water, food, seats, etc. It was horrible. We did not get on the ship until 10:30 pm. Knees are not stable and it basically ruined walking for several days after.

Not enough elevators. Main elevators were hard to get. Had to walk to front to get an elevator.

It was comfortable. Other than the first day, the cabin was cleaned nicely. I don't think cabin was cleaned after previous people although the sheets were clean.
