The Cabin was great. The dining areas were excellent with a wide selection of food. The excursions were some of the best we have ever experienced. Can hardly wait for our next cruise.

The ship and crew were all outstanding, clean, comfortable, and the crew were very pleasant. Though the activities on board were lacking a bit.

I loved the itinerary & the staff. Our family/ group had a great time. The ship is older and does not have the amenities of the newer RCCL ships so that took some getting used to. It also made it very hard to take advantage of the coupon books that they give to Crown and Anchor members since many did not apply to the older ships.

The ship was tired rundown and outdated. Management was very poor. There was a very difficult mix of passengers to integrate. Did not even take a report when I was assaulted in Turkey. The in the trenches workers were great especially Yuri and Dulp in the main bar. Zoltan in the dining room was great as well.

The ship was clean and the public areas were well maintained. The captain and crew were friendly and accessible. The wait for check-in however was unacceptable, particularly for those who checked in on-line. Our room 3006 was comfortable but noisy. It was directly below the theater and directly above some mechanical device, that clanked at odd hours. The thumping noises during shows were unacceptable. Our room could have been cleaned better. The door on the mini bar was broken the entire 12 days without repair. The toilet clogged three times. Amenities like the bedtime candies on your bed typically found in other lines were missing. The TV offerings were minimal. Our attendant charged us for items in the mini-bar that were not used. The whirlpool in the adult pool did not bubble the entire cruise. The bathroom shower handle was also leaking and broken and was not repaired.

Nice design, BUT... Missing Elevator at Rear end of ship, requirs Alot of walking if you have cabin at end/back of ship.

State room smaller than previous cruise ships

I thought the ship was very well maintained, even though they are planning to do an overhaul of it this year. Many activities and facilities. Would liked to have more opportunities for hors doerves in the late afternoon, but buffet is closed during that time.

Very clean, great staff. The food was excellent!

Small rooms, not a big bang for the buck. Staff, with the exception of person who handled cleaning the room was very unfriendly and inattentive to issues until the last day when it was "tip" time.

My overall impression of the ship was outstanding. I have been on many cruises and with many cruise lines, I must rate this one as the best ever. I particularly liked the friendliness of the Ship Captain, he gave us "thoughts for the day" that really made this cruise special.

We completely enjoyed our time aboard this ship.

The ship is in great shape. The crew are all very friendly and the ship was very clean. There were a few people with 2 days to go that became sick, but they were constantly cleaning the ship.

Great variety of shows, Kids were never bored, the food available at all times was great, the staff was super and ports of calls were great. I highly recommend that the ship departs at a later time while at St Thomas and not a 4:30 PM. Also, If docking at night, allow people to go out and enjoy the night life such as in Barbados and St Thomas.

The ship was very well managed and extreem clean.

We just returned from a 7 day southern caribbean cruise on the Serenade of the Seas. This was our first cruise and was a wonderful experience! The satff were wonderful throguhout the ship and very accommodating. The food was excellent in the Windjammer buffet, Seaview Cafe and the dining room. We had 5 ports of call which made for a very busy trip! My only negative comment would be that the pool is too small for such a large ship at a capacity of 28 people. I would highly recommend this cruise!

Overwelmed!! Beautiful!!

This was our third RCI cruise, but our first since our daughter was born. So maybe taking our toddler on a cruise at the age of 2 and a half was not the brightest idea. She did great but I felt like we missed out on a lot of the activities and night time entertainment. The ship was smaller than expected, but beautiful as always. Our room on the 4th floor was about 50 feet from the center of the ship where dance parties were held. The door to our state room blocked out about 98% if the noise. When the crowd was screaming that was the only time I could hear the noise clearly. The staff was amazing. I realized how messy and inconsiderate people could be while watching the crew clean up after us. They didn't skip a beat picking up cups and dishes that were left in hidden corners throughout the ship. If they grumbled under their breath they hid it very well! Over all, we liked it so much we booked a 12 night cruise for next year while on board. Hopefully our daughter will get more out of the kids programs next year.

The layout of the ship is very nice and never seemed crowded anywhere.
