Traveled As: Couple

Room Type: Oceanview

the ship was easy to navigate for shows, dining etc. Really a great size for family travel.

Pros: the two day stop in Venice

Cons: the casino was certainly not paying out like other casinos

Recommends Serenade of the Seas? No.

Ship Quality
great size \, no lineups. I felt some of the common areas ie: windjammer cafe were a bit dated and tired.
Food and Dining
all good. i missed having a little higher end of menu ie: lobster and more seafood but food and selections was good overall in dining room.
Cabin / Stateroom
loved the spaciousness of our stateroom on deck 3\, oceanview. the only complaint i have about the room is the sofa/loveseat needed shampooing. Everything else was perfect and well equipped.
Service and Staff
i must say the staff were all exceptional. so friendly and helpful. Loved the idea of the staff using our names when we boarded each time and departed. Really makes a person feel special.
The evening entertainment in the Showroom was great. The mix of comedy\, stage productions etc was good. The Gauchos were fabulous.
