Review summary
The ship was clean and the public areas were well maintained. The captain and crew were friendly and accessible. The wait for check-in however was unacceptable, particularly for those who checked in on-line. Our room 3006 was comfortable but noisy. It was directly below the theater and directly above some mechanical device, that clanked at odd hours. The thumping noises during shows were unacceptable. Our room could have been cleaned better. The door on the mini bar was broken the entire 12 days without repair. The toilet clogged three times. Amenities like the bedtime candies on your bed typically found in other lines were missing. The TV offerings were minimal. Our attendant charged us for items in the mini-bar that were not used. The whirlpool in the adult pool did not bubble the entire cruise. The bathroom shower handle was also leaking and broken and was not repaired.Ship experiences
