The Collinade restaurant buffets are sophisticated and varied in fare. the tasting menu at Restaurant 2 was special.
Dine late - 8:30 or 9 for better service. Patio lunch is very good.
Avoid this particular itenarary, until Seabourn is able to readjust ports of call and time they allow at each port, particularly at Rome. If anyone still like to go, then disembark in Rome and spend some time there.
The breadsticks & the french fries are addictive & a killer to anyone's diet. Seaboard really promotes interaction with other passengers, staff & officers. We always enjoy that. We took advantage of each hosted dinner table & met fantastic entertainers, staff & guests.
We loved all the dining venue choices. The food was superb and they were always ready to customize our food choices. They even made almond croissants especially for us every morning.
This cruise is definitely geared toward an older audience however the trip is so spectacular it doesn't even matter. Also there is self serve laundry aboard the ship.
The food was incredible. Do order caviar often. Kind of a secret that it's complimentary and abundant. But the home made ice creams every day were my personal treat.
Try the lounge on Deck 10. It has a panoramic view of where the ship is headed.
