Review summary

Sailed on the Sea Princess and it was our best cruise yet. Anytime dining made getting to dinner less of a rush and we requested the same table each night and had a waiter that made it a pleasure. We were surprised to find that our cabin had been changed and no one notified us. Also that the ship is the only one in their line that is completly British and there were only 67 Americans, which turned out fine.

Ports of call

Philipsburg, St. Maarten

A lot of local people selling tours as you get off the ship, $ 25. per person for 3 hour tour.

Grand Turk Island

Not a lot to do here, very small. If more than 1 ship in port it is very crowded. We snorkled with a Princess tour and saw some great fish.

La Guaira (Port Of Caracas), Venezuela

Very poor country and scary roads. Took the Avala lift to the top and clouds blocked our view.

Charlotte Amalie, St. Thomas

Went snorkling with an island company we booked on line, not the best. They were late, their vehile barely ran and they were disorganized.

St. George's, Grenada

The water fall was not worth going to. Our tour bus had no air conditioning or seat belts or decent tire!

Castries, St. Lucia

We took a bus aroung 1/2 the island and then sailed back to port, it was raining and cool.

Oranjestad, Aruba

wonderful shopping.
Don't Miss: Took a island jeep trip, very challenging.

Bonaire, Netherlands Special Municipality

5 out of 5
The clearest water and best snorkling.

Montego Bay, Jamaica

Great island!
Don't Miss: Climbing Dunns River Falls!

St. John's, Antigua

Went to the beach and wished we had gone to other side of the island to the marina.

Pros: Loved being on the smaller ship. You get to know new people and disembarking is easy.

Cons: there were not enough chase loungers and it was difficult to lay in the sun.
