Great experience except for Princess trying to UPCHARGE many items and get more money out of our pockets. Cruises are suppose to be worry free of $$$ after you pay

AGAIN... The best part of the ship they tried to upcharge and only let the elite with lots of money use. AND NO ONE was in it. So disappointed in Princess UPCHARGING everything and trying to SALE SALE SALE you extra items. Beverages card was way overpriced. Photo opt even tried to get you to pay extra to use their backgrounds. So tired of being over charged when we paid a lot for their cruise to be WORRY FREE!!!

Okay. Some staff gave harsher direction than needed and seem to rush us. Their voice inflection gave us the impression we could not do anything correct. Use a kinder voice and explain carefully and clearly.

our room steward and wait staff in restaurant was exceptional!!! Jeffrey Paguio, Eralest Legaspi and Rommel Calma restaurant manager mad our trip great!!!
