It was our best ever. Inbound and outbound flights, embarkation, disembarkation, excursions were all executed perfectly. Food aboard was fantastic especially from the buffet which offered excellent choices on a daily basis.

The excursions were fantastic, rich in history but the ship, food, not so much.

We loved this cruise! The captain did a fantastic job getting us as close as possible to the glaciers. Food was excellent and staff for the most part friendly.

Generally catering to older clientele, Princess cruise impressed me with their service and attentiveness from online to being onboard.

We absolutely loved the sea portion of the Alaska cruise. Everything was practically perfect in every way. I wouldn't do the "Thermal Suite" again as an add-on, not because of the Suite itself, but because other guests are rude and "hog" the amenities by keeping their towels and personal belongings on equipment for long periods of time so others cannot use them. The land portion was a huge let-down. Once we were off the ship, the excellent service came to a screeching halt.

This cruise exceeded our expectations. The views, entertainment, cabin and service were all exceptional. Would recommend Princess to anyone!

Unfortunately my husband came home with Covid which is a risk we take when we travel. Please consider vaccinating for flu/covid prior to traveling.... and wearing a mask if not feeling well . Not only does it ruin the end of the trip, but then requires additional time off from work since you can not go into work sick. We heard so many people coughing with out covering mouths or with their hands ( and then touching things ) .

Relaxing time on Princess Sapphire, food and entertainment were absolutely great.

This was a repositioning cruise with no port stops. Overall, it was a nice relaxing trip with friends.

Highly recommend Princess Sapphire for your cruise from LA to Vancouver. We will definitely book a cruise to either Hawaii or Alaska.

While the ship staff was amazing, the service desk and general lack of communication from Princess make it highly unlikely that we would sail with Princess again.

we had a great time, Santiago was interesting, we did the arial tram, the funicular and the tour of Nerudas house.... food was excellent in the city and moving about was so easy...

We had great weather and saw lots of penguins! Too bad that Princess headquarters did such a terrible job on our embarkation. The top officers on the ship had to bear the brunt of our frustration but they solved everything and proceeded to check on us throughout the cruise. Kudos to them!

Embarkation was smooth. We loved the itinerary,especially Antarctica, the dining, the dancing, the three production and the lectures. Stewards and dining and other staffs were fantastic, efficient and always greeting us with a smile. Nonetheless, Princess should not cut down on some amernities, eg Bring back coffee cards, no charges on Alfredo's Pizza( we always eat lunch here in previous cruises), Elites should not be charged for Wifi, Restrict the handicap seats for handicap only. Improve disembarkation.

It was a lot of days at sea but it was worth the effort

Excellent weather and good views. It was special to be up close and personal to A23a the biggest iceburg in the world. Main dining was excellent. We did most of our dinners in Savoy.

Good, but my only complaint was the slow embarkation and common areas were too cold.

Enjoyed the cruise ship and its activities more than I enjoyed the ports of call.

Cruise was OK ,quite few things to improve:food,software, princess customer service and website

We are experienced travelers with many cruises and other trips. Do not want to cruise on mainstream cruise,one again. You get what you pay for.
