While the ship staff was amazing, the service desk and general lack of communication from Princess make it highly unlikely that we would sail with Princess again.

The transfer from LAX and subsequent embarkation were poorly organized . The buses were full and we were told to leave our luggage behind which we opted not to do. Embarkation was chaotic at best

Be prepared to NOT be able to participate in activities due to the size limit of the venues
The tour guide for the bus excursion was horrific - she repeatedly put down the local population and French culture. We did enjoy seeing the island though. We did report the tour guide to Princess.
Ive cruised on Sapphire Princess last year and had a great time and the food was amazing. I never had a issue finding a seat at any entertainment venue, but you DO need to arrive a minimum of 15 minutes to get one, cause after that there will be little if any left. The venues on the ship will not have enough seating for all of the over 3500 passengers, which should be obvious, do if you arrive when the show is about to begin, then you won't find any seats available, just like on any cruise ship.
