Review summary

We had great weather and saw lots of penguins! Too bad that Princess headquarters did such a terrible job on our embarkation. The top officers on the ship had to bear the brunt of our frustration but they solved everything and proceeded to check on us throughout the cruise. Kudos to them!

Princess changed Plus packages, dining reservations, and room assignments with no prior warning for us until we boarded the ship! Spent entire first two day trying to straighten out everything!

Princess's dining room menu choices seemed to me a bit smaller, but the food remained fine. The pizza by the pool remains top notch!

Too cool forth pool, but plenty of on board activities, The guest lecturers were also good.

As usual, very good! Even the one night entertainers were better than expected!

Dining room (Pacific and Savoy) were great. Skywalker's lounge was always a favorite!

A little bit outdated, but everything worked well and was clean.

Ship tip

Our captain was the best we've ever had. He talked every day, thanked the staff for every excursion, especially when there were problems not Princess's fault. He even toured the buffet areas and poised for pictures with the passengers!
