Review summary

We absolutely loved the sea portion of the Alaska cruise. Everything was practically perfect in every way. I wouldn't do the "Thermal Suite" again as an add-on, not because of the Suite itself, but because other guests are rude and "hog" the amenities by keeping their towels and personal belongings on equipment for long periods of time so others cannot use them. The land portion was a huge let-down. Once we were off the ship, the excellent service came to a screeching halt.

Our room steward, Christopher was excellent and attentive. Our waiter, Roy in the Savoy Dining Room was also excellent. He was attentive and friendly and took very good care of us!

It was a little confusing getting off the ship and trying to find the right bus. My luggage also was displaced for 48 hours from the ship to the land portion of the tour.

Thank you for sharing your cruise experience. Hate the sea “hogs” 🤦🏻‍♀️😡, could not agree more, so rude & selfish! Glad you enjoyed what sounds like a great cruise nonetheless. Happy cruising 😎⚓️🤩❣️‼️
