Overall, just OK. Very tire decor. Rug was ripply and old looking. Bed was soft, lumpy and uncomfortable. Bathrooms look awful with faded, yellowing plastic tubs, sinks, etc. Our bath tile was moldy upon arrival and had to ask for extra cleaning which was addressed but did not make a huge difference. Luckily great location, quiet, easy to get around. Never heard any noise.
Ship tip
We went as an easy way to get to S Pacific without flying. It was not a cruise to remember from a luxury or "special" perspective. Just enjoy the travel.
Tired of do king in industrial ports. Ship is too big to go to interesting smaller ports. Skip Hilo. American Samoa was hard to get around and near the port was filthy with trash and bacteria in the water so you could not swim.
Ye olde googler says it’s a 20 year old ship last refurbished in 2018. So yeah, no surprise it’s beat up. It’s also not very representative of the average mainstream ship.
