Review summary
Trip was OK and staff was wonderful. However, we had extra charges on our account that should have been credited and customer service is horrible after trip. I have called and emailed over a dozen times to no avail. Princess Cruises cancelled an excursion and we were not credited the amount to our account. One traveler in our group paid for the princess plus package to cover beverages and gratuity and then was double charged for those same items over sixteen times. Can not get anyone who speaks English to help with these issues. Can't even get into the live chat - once you leave no one cares - be careful with Princess and if you go on the Alaskan cruise check your bill BEFORE you leave.Embarkation
