Brilllant cruise. Would diffidently cruise again but not in Asia if that can be helped. Sometimes you have to cruise places that are not on our bucket list to see others that are.
Embarkation

No fault on Princess, but Singapore terminal was rather confusing and a mess with people.
Ship experiences
Food and Dining
5 out of 5
Cannot fault the dining room and other eating venues. Staff were just brilliant as one expects.
International Café
5 out of 5
Great meeting place, however very hard to get seats. They should have more or stop groups like selected organised groups sitting around. Leave it just for coffeee and chatting.
International Dining Room
5 out of 5
The waiters, Marlon and Adarn were brilliant. They went the extra mile each and every night, especially when we were all suffering a sore throat, they would greet us each night with our own honey, lemon & hot water. Nothing was a bother with our own meal selection, additional meals were given, no question or limit.
Sabatini's

The food is amazing and so worth the extra charge. Beautiful.
Onboard Activities
5 out of 5
My husband and I loved to be out front on the bridge deck when departing from a port. It was very annoying that they would close this area (security) from 7pm. Most of our leaving times were 7pm onwards. Most annoying.
We mainly used the pools. Lovely and clean. They were rather hot at first, but that soon changed. It was fantastic that we could swin at night after dinner, 10pm. Any place you pay thousands to stay at they lose the pool at 8 or 9pm.
We absolutely loved the pools.
Entertainment
We never made it to the shows as the times were not working with our dinning times. They do need to put 3 shows on a night as the Princess theatre is too packed. Start at 6, 8, & 10
Service and Staff
5 out of 5
Second to none. The customer service is why we sail with Princess. Much higher than other lines.
Ship Quality
5 out of 5
The Sapphire is an amazing beautiful ship. Can not fault.
Cabin / Stateroom
5 out of 5
The cabin was bigger than other ships. The TV was giving us all some issues as they were new. Princess however, gave us all $50 each for the trouble we encountered.
The only issue we find with the cabins is, power points, no clocks. Being in an inside cabin has one main issue, that is the time reality. You never know what time or stage the day is at.
Ship tip
The food at the Internationalcafe for snacks, lunch, are fantastic. Marvellous soups.
I will never like to go back there. The immigration people were shocking, rude. The place was dirty and nothing much to see. The issue with the immigration was nothing to do with Princess.
Thanks for sharing this info me and wife go 8 December with this ship from Singapore but it's a bucket list we are from Scandinavia and after Asia we have bucket list Caribbean ore transatlantic and again in Europe 😊👌
