When gettiing off the elevator to go to your room, check out the carpet colors for each side of the ship. They are different by just one color (red) in print on the one side. Saves you from having to read signs!

If you want a quiet place to swim or just hang out, go to the adult pool at the aft of the ship in behind the Caribe Buffet. It has plenty of seating area and some shade. Above is an adult hot tub. There is also a bar there and the waiters/waitresses are very attentive and pleasant.

If you are lucky and have a balcony the day starter of coissants and hot coffee ordered the night before, on the balcony overlooking the ocean is the best.

When on deck make sure you wear rubber soled sandals or shoes as the deck floor can be wet and slippery. Save the fancy shoes for indoors.

Make sure to try at least one specialty restaurant on the ship. We had a six-course dinner at Curtis Stone, and it was excellent!

The Carib Cafe at the back of the ship often has seats available when the Horizon Court is full.

Check out all the buffet lines before you choose.. they are not the same! Suggest that you try the formal dining at least once. AND try NEW foods- not every day you can have that opprtunity...but if you insist on burger and fries - they are by the pool. Also - wait until the entire week of photos are taken before you buy- you might like another night better than the first. If you drink soda pop - buy a sticker for the week. It saves you money.

Best pizza ever, but avoid the dry stale pastries. The dining room experience is great. I wish I had the opportunity to try the afternoon tea. Be sure to do the Semi-Sub excursion in Grand Turk.

Loved Angela - her natural way with all the guests and her jovial personality.

Read the newsletter at your door every morning. It tells you all the activities of the day. I didn't notice this until the last day. Room service is at no cost except for specialty room service events. Late Night room service lasagna on the balcony was awesome.
