The ship isn't as new and as special as other ships, we still had fun. All I could find was mini golf and basketball. The rest of the activities were left up to the entertainers and schedule. We enjoyed the ship, it was a lot of fun taking part in the activities hosted by the entertainers. The entertainers, waiters, and hosts were a blast.
THE RUBY IS BEAUTIFUL. WE HAVE BEEN ON OVER 60 CRUISES INCLUDING RCCL, CARNIVAL, PRINCESS AND OTHERS. "CRUISING IS THE BEST WAY TO VACATION." THE "RUBY" STANDS UP TO ALL OF THEM".
Had one really disappointing interchange with the percer's desk. Young man was curt and displayed a total disregard for our request relative to disembarkation. Young woman in excursions - where there was
supposed to be assistance for same - made it clear she would rather not be bothered.

We brought our own canned soda aboard, which we really appreciated. Mostly we drank the ship’s water (which was delicious!), but it was nice to have a can or two of soda a day while on vacation.
March this year was too early in the season for the California Coastline Cruise, if you want to be warm while "At Sea". It was too cold for the evening "Movies Under the Stars"
In talking to other people on the cruise (often those who have cruised Princess before), we all felt less than thrilled with this cruise. The staff and the entertainment and the food could all use improvement. I normally would give a second chance on a hotel, restaurant or cruise...just don't know if I will give Princess and second chance!
Don’t worry. Everything will be taken care of. Relax and enjoy. I would book any excursions through Princess. We booked an excursion with a different company and weren’t very happy with it.
