Review summary

An excellent cruise for those that like "sailing days". The time of the year we sailed the weather can be some what unpredictable and it was. The farther south we sailed the better the weather got.

Loved the ship's design and cleanliness. It looked brand new.

We had a handicap cabin and were very pleased with its design and layout. The bathroom and balcony accessibility were exceptional. I couldn't make any suggestions for improvement.

We booked an excursion through you. We were very displeased with it. The departure time of the ship from Cabo changed to an hour earlier. We would have missed the ship had we taken it. Your tour operator did not contact us or notify us ( neither did you). We ended up booking the Ship's tour. Under the circumstances I believe we are due a credit for the tour from you.

Disembarkation

Exceptional - very well organized, efficient and smooth.

So glad you enjoyed your cruise. I will be taking the Ruby 10-nights to Mexico 4-ports with about 100 red hat ladies. Thank you for the information.
