We enjoyed the ship and itinerary very much. Early September is still a very good time to visit Alaska. We didn't get much rain, besides forecasts of 90% chance, and shore excursions were done under some overcast/scattered clouds. First and last days were very sunny (California Coast...) and pool was perfect.

This was our first cruise with Princess and, at first, dining room reservation and schedules were a bit confusing. Once you learn where to look for information and how to make the reservations, it is very smooth. It is good to have an app for all dining information, but app is not very smart.
Onboard Activities

We went to the pools, hot tubs, fitness center, theater and piazza/bar shows. Pools were not crowded, in spite of good weather by the California coast.
Entertainment

Overall, music was very good - piano/singer at Crooners, cords duo and pop rock band on The Piazza. Theater shows were OK - entertaining, but not extraordinary. Pool with Movie Under the Stars was good, but movie selection could have been better.

Staff were all great! Everybody is polite, happy and saluting you all time. Vishnu (Crooners bar) and Raj (steward) are well above average.

Good size for 2 people and well furnished. Plenty of cabinets. We got a shower stool and bathrobes under request.
Ship tip
Verify the full navigation program when at Glacier Bay. We expected to visit Majorie Glacier, but visited only Johns Hopkins.
