Crews were super friendly and attentive. I rate the staff a “10” and special mention to the following:
Arnaldo and Allan Jr. -table 247. They work like a well oiled machine. They were both very attentive and fabulous.
Buffet service staff: Victoria, Juan, Jeff, Antonio, Ash, Rachel, Kirby, Lyca, Almira, Kevin, Mizpah. They were always smiling, friendly, attentive, and fast.
Supervisors: George and Rommel- they made sure our experience is unforgettable.
Table 450- Michael who served us was also excellent
Our room cleaning staff- E505- Kholic- very efficient and attentive.
Overall, they were all efficient and anticipatory… catered effectively to our needs. Ruby Princess is very lucky to have ALL your crews but most importantly the staff I mentioned above who went above and beyond.
