This was my first and last time sailing with Princess. I’ve been told through the years how Princess is above Carnival we’ll hate to break it to you but Carnival has just taken the lead. Unfortunate and very disappointing.

Well if you could get a reservation for the specialty restaurants the Italian restaurant was decent. And if you like your food served hot don’t bother nothing was hot ever.

We utilized the fitness center which had plenty of machines and the view was wonderful. As for the hot tubs in the spa area, one had great jets but wasn’t hot and the other had broken jets but was hot.

It would of been great if that was my cabin #. Initially we had three rooms side by side then apparently we received an upgrade and our party was moved to different floors. Very disappointing! Princess said RCI did it and RCI said Princess did it. No help nor accountability!! And the best part Princess said they’ll need to charge a fee to return our group back to the downgraded rooms…
The night before we were told the ship is behind schedule and won’t dock until 9am. The next morning when I awoke I saw the Golden Gate Bridge at 7am. Then there was an announcement in the hallways not the rooms stating we’ve arrived on time and will be returning to original embankment instructions. My party of six was not prepared as we were told 10am would be embarkment. Waking up to confusion and frustration was not fun.
Sorry this cruise didn’t meet your expectations. Not sure who RCI is, but sounds as if some of the cabin issues should go there. However, I understand that cruise lines don’t always look at the entire picture when a change is made . Appreciate your feedback.
Wow, you got a two for one! You got to complain the ship was going to be late, then got to complain the ship was on time. I can't imagine how upset you would have been if they woke you up by playing a loud announcement in the cabin at 7am. Did this cause you to miss a flight or you just got to sleep in a little? I agree the "upgrade" and moving cabins is not good. Princess always sends an email notification that you have so many days to let them know if you don't want the upgrade. But if you don't watch email it is easy to miss.
