Most were helpful but there were a few that when ask for help finding something they would state “ I don’t know this area, or just look away like you were not there.

Our room was always clean. Every time we would go out and come back the room had been attended to. Edgar Was kind and on top of things.

Ship tip

If you have a evening excursion make sure you eat on the excursion because evertyis closed when you get back other then room service which takes forever.

Robes usually available in gift shop. Not in cabins because passengers take them. Just like towels and pillows, robes not provided for free. Animal towels now need to be requested on most cruises since they take extra time to be made by stewards. They will make them if asked for yoy to enjoy. We always get themand leave a nice tip.

Self walk off is the fastest way to disembark if you're able to carry you're own luggage. We don't like the sitting around waiting part either, so we always choose to do it that way, so maybe something to think about when you cruise next time.

I think you “earn” the nice robes after a certain number of cruises. It’s one of the perks of a loyalty program. I don’t know of any cruise line, other than luxury lines, that give them to first time cruisers.
