On a scale of 1-10 - a 6. Our first cruise, and though we did see Alaska, we won't do it again.

Ruby Princess

7 Night Alaska Inside Passage With Glacier Bay (Seattle Roundtrip)

Sail date: August 25, 2018

Ship: Ruby Princess

Cabin type: Balcony

Traveled as: Couple

Reviewed: 5 years ago

Review summary

I won't do another cruise with Princess, but will shop for a smaller boat with less people and NO JEWELRY SELLING ON BOARD!!! Seriously! When you are run out of line in a port, because you do not have a jewelry shopping VIP pass with Miss Texas, you feel like a second class citizen!!!

Not enough time in this great port!!! Only had 5 hours and with 5 ships there on the same morning, it became so crowded, it was imloito get around Will go back but on our own time.

Victoria, British Columbia Did not visit port

Opted not to get off the ship. When it's dark when you finally get there, why waste your time and money on excursions.
