Review summary

Our server in Share Restaurant was outstanding: Rowna Sp ? Our waiter in Crown Grill Marco was outstanding. There were 3 of us in our cabin and we though we would have a pull out couch instead we had a bunk. We are all in our 60's . This was a very big problem. The mattress on the bunk was the most uncomfortable bed in the world.

Too bad you didn’t realize ahead of time that you didn’t have a pull out couch 😕

Only rooms with hide a bed are the mini suites and suites, all others come out of ceiling.

I'm wondering, did you specially reserve a cabin with a bed and a hideaway? There's only specific cabins that offer this. My cabin (mini suite) will have 2 twin or 1 queen (our choice) and 1 full or queen size hideaway (couch).
