Review summary

Alaska was beautiful and overall was a great cruise. I would definitely recommend to someone else.

Embarkation

3 out of 5
Embarkation was quick however when we received our room cards there was not any information provided about how we would board the ship or how long we would be waiting. We also had to wait an hour after our flight to be transported to the cruise dock. We had to wait outside and it was very cold.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

4 out of 5
The main dining room food was excellent. The buffet was awful though. Also after 10 at night there was hardly any food options besides the international cafe or room service. There needs to be more food selection after 10-pm.

Onboard Activities

5 out of 5
Our waiters were amazing and made sure we were very well taken care of. The food was delicious and every night I was very pleased with my meal.

Lotus Spa

2 out of 5

Very overpriced. Service was good but not for the price we paid for a couples massage.

Entertainment

3 out of 5
Very expensive for small amount of time for a massage. Gratuity was automatically included into bill and I was not very happy about that. Lowering the prices to make it more affordable would be the best option.

Princess Theater

1 out of 5

They should show more movies on days when your At Sea for something to do.

Children's Programs

4 out of 5
Trivia and Bingo were very enjoyable and a lot of fun.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
Ship personnel were all so nice and helpful with anything I needed. I was very impressed with them all and how they handled themselves.

Ship Quality

4 out of 5
The ship was very well maintained. Everything was beautiful. I only wish there was at least one hot tub inside to use. I wasn't able to use any of the hot tubs because it was so cold outside.

Cabin / Stateroom

4 out of 5
Cabin was very clean and bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was a bit small but otherwise okay. I wish there were more channels on the TV for times when I just wanted to relax in our room.

Ship tip

Do not use the Lotus Spa it was overpriced. Make sure to get reserved dining in the dining room it was a great experience.

So many things to do and see! Anything you choose will be fun and beautiful!

Juneau, Alaska

We rode a seaplane and it was incredible. I would definitely do it again, very much worth the price we paid. The town is so cute and lots of great shops.

Skagway, Alaska

5 out of 5
We did the Railway excursion and I thought it was beautiful. Make sure to pack snacks very long. Town was very pretty and lot of great shops to see.

Ketchikan, Alaska

4 out of 5
We were only in this port a limited amount of time so we choose not to do an excursion but overall very pretty town and lots to see.

Victoria, British Columbia

Would not choose to include this stop next time. Did not arrive here until 7pm at night. There are lots of beautiful things I would have liked to see here during the day time but was unable to because it was dark. Also 30 mins walk to town unless you paid for a ride. I felt that this stop was pointless.

Disembarkation

5 out of 5
Very easy and well organized.
