Embarkation
1 out of 5
long lines considering we were there early coming from the airport. There were no porters for the luggage. Different from the the ones in L.A. We had to drag our own luggage and there are no system when it comes to the lines. Everybody is just filling up to get in front. And there are Asian travellers that's in a group and they just pushed their way in and doesn't care if people are in front of them and we BLAME the Seattle for the disorganization.

Food and Dining
5 out of 5
There's always plenty of food and quality is great. Main dining at Boticelli is excellent. Our service people in the name of Chris Pineda (very funny and attentive),and Fred or Federmin De dios (very personable, attentive, and super corteous), and Stephan (great maitre'd). The International cafe always have good and warm food anytime . With regards to GOURMET COFFEE, don't buy it unless you're a coffee drinker. My husband and I purchased 2 cards knowing we can use unused card for future cruises. They forgot to mention that the cruise have to be in the same year. Really??? That's false advertisement in our book.
Onboard Activities
3 out of 5
Not a lot of onboard activities and some are boring. And maybe because the one hosting them are lacking energy and not very funny.

Service and Staff

Room steward named Wilfred Hernandes is very polite and kind and very attentive to our needs and more. All the waiters are very attentive.
Ship Quality
4 out of 5
We did the tour of the ship and I have to say they are clean and not smelly compared to Carnival that smells like sewer.

Ship tip
Overall experience was good compared to Carnival and Royal Carribean. Do not purchase the gourmet coffee card unless you can finish it.
No direction, no coordination, lines are horrible. They almost lost our luggage that was collected the night before disembarkation. Glad to finally see a porter to help us find our luggage on final disembarkation day.
